Agree with Rick's comments.  Brian, the new video is definitely  
improved; voice and text are clearer.  However all YouTube videos  
suffer clarity loss when you switch to full screen.

I suggest that such screen casts should be stored on our Wiki where  
the selection for High/Low res can be made by the user.  The lower res  
shot can be mirrored to YouTube.  The higher res is definitely  
worthwhile.  A page could be created on the Wiki to start to compile  
such screen casts, then people can contribute (like Package Manager).
