Output is probably when YouTube sends the video to browser,
which may be different from the Uploaded or "master" format.
Output can be default, or one of the &fmt=XX variants.

I think Download is the same as Output.

These &fmt=XX are only for Download. Theoretically, you can Upload
any format, but it is best to match it with your intended Download
(such as HD and/or iPhone) to reduce conversions and quality loss.

Since these are movies, aspect ratio should match the resolution
(eg 640x480 screen resolution or 720x480 for DVD etc.). You cannot
pick an arbitrary resolution. So you need to layout the (portion of the)
screen and adjust window sizes, which can be given in J Configuration.
