The thing is, the Ubuntu Netbook Remix is not using the normal Gnome desktop. More of a specialized window manage. I find it really easy to use though. To get an idea what I'm talking about ... go here and watch the video demo of the interface: http://www.canonical.com/projects/ubuntu/unr The only thing is, the J main window is blank/empty with this new interface. :( Oh, I tried this on my Lenovo T61 and I get the same problem. No idea, yet I speculate that the session window is larger than your whole screen real estate so that you can only see its middle client area. Gnome should have some keyboard shortcut key to move/resize a window. Try if that can identify the problem. > Anybody encountered this?
