IIUC is just an acronym for 'If I Understand Correctly' (IIUC). So "IIUC jhs
is the web server", means "If I understand correctly, jhs is the web server"

If language is a tool of thought, would acronyms be nails or just sawdust? :)

Hope this helps.

Cheers, bob
