Cliff - I use the image3 functions in J7 but only for basic reading and writing of JPGs. It's been so long since I looked at anything else here but have been reading about HDR (high dynamic range) processing and am wondering if there are tools for processing luminosity in image3? I seem to recall that you (?) had an article about this a number of years ago, possibly in Vector.
