Not necessarily, just that some groups are a lot more worthy of concern than others. Hypothetically, lets consider the direct end of that route: US is the only one allowed to have Nuclear weapons. Wrong. Or I suppose you think we ought not to either. Ok, I won't even argue that one. The immediate truth is that we can't get rid of ours... yet.

The situation which surrounds you is slightly different than the situation in DC (at least for the moment and hopefully long-term).
