The message headers on messages sent to me (by the virus) and bounces to me all have the originating system's IP. Some of those IPs are known to me. In fact one was the system belonging to the head of CompuService (my upstream provider). He was _very_ surprised and had been wondering why his system was suddenly running sooooo slooowwwwly. He had the lastest and greatest AV and signatures all up to date.

Ah, crap, that explains why everything around the network is so slow for the last 5 hours. [ Windows driven sites mostly ]
AOL Netscape, yahoo, etc too. Telus is on Solaris, but their email system has slowed to a crawl...
I didn't realize that until I moved to dial up temporarily.
