I betcha he's a piker on a world scale.

It may be a surprise to some, but I actually don't mind being forced 
at the point of a gun to contribute to paying for him (or others of 
that ilk whose habits and excesses I also support) to go away on all 
these trips.  Nope.  Nottabit.  What I do object to is that he keeps 
coming back.
