Which is VERY SAD but true. We have let mega corps and the VERY rich
keep screwing us till we bleed.
When I went to a seminar and getting GAO work, the first thing out
of the instructors mouth was (Actual QUOTE)
"Don't worry about it, unless you are on of the top 10 government
contractors, you will never get the business. They best thing for
everone to do is to get on those contractors list as sub-contractors."
Says enuff right there, doncha think?
