Giving netperf some "direct" SDP tests is also (IMO) a usability
enhancement (from the standpoint of netperf users) - no need to remember
to do the LD_PRELOAD bit, nor to get the config file right, no need to
switch back and forth between netperf/netserver binaries and/or run
concurrent netservers at different control port numbers.
