HCAs: QoS supported by ConnectX. The latest FW release
doesn't support QoS. QoS-enabled FW release (2_5_000) is
planned for May. If someone wishes to get QoS-enabled FW
before the official release, he should contact Mellanox FAE.
Switches: QoS supported by InfiniScale III.
