As Moni stated, this isn't a shortcut, its one solution to the problem of the user being unable to see their rdma-cm based sessions. For the time I believe that debugfs can do the job of raising the visibility of rdma connections from zero to something one can work with which isn't random and isn't hack. A more sophisticated, netlink based solution is possible, we'd love to see patches from other people doing that.
