Hi just took a very first look at the KF plugin, and it seems that it should be possible to tweak in PaxRunner as a new OSGi framework under KF. The startup options and bundle configs are a bit different but still, the basic functionality of PaxRunner is similar to KF or Felix itself, when it comes to development and initial startup.
