As Toni mentioned I do not feel the need for another Executive board. Niclas and Peter fulfill the job by now. If you see any advantage as this showing a stronger community of more attractiveness then let's do that. About the NPO, I'm not sure about the benefits so I con not say anything at the moment. If this will increase adoption I'm for. What I do think is missing is exposure of what is done around here and +1 for actions mentioned by Toni. It will also be nice to know how much the tooling we are building is been used (maybe track downloads). Either way I'm having fun doing this tools.
On a smaller scale I would like that members will post some news about what they are doing so the info is spread around us. Also some means for voting for releases will help I guess. Alin
