OK - this should now be fixed, just do an svn up first to get the new
"runner/pom.xml"
for some reason Maven was getting confused by the use of RELEASE in a
property
variable that was substituted in the pluginManagement section of Pax-Runner.
using "mvn -X validate" I could see Maven found 0.9.15 on the ops4j server,
but then
I saw a message saying it was switching to use a "local snapshot" - I can
only assume
somewhere in the Maven code it wasn't substituting the property variable, so
it took
the ${...} as the actual version string, and assumed it was a snapshot name!
this assumption then caused it to fail, but in the error it shows the
substituted version
ah, the joys of Maven ;)
