I am having trouble building pax with an empty repository because the

OK - this should now be fixed, just do an svn up first to get the
new "runner/pom.xml"
for some reason Maven was getting confused by the use of RELEASE in
a property
variable that was substituted in the pluginManagement section of Pax-
Runner.
using "mvn -X validate" I could see Maven found 0.9.15 on the ops4j
server, but then
I saw a message saying it was switching to use a "local snapshot" -
I can only assume
somewhere in the Maven code it wasn't substituting the property
variable, so it took
the ${...} as the actual version string, and assumed it was a
snapshot name!
this assumption then caused it to fail, but in the error it shows
the substituted version
ah, the joys of Maven ;)
Great! Thanks! I am now building everything fine. I appreciate the help.
