Fix For: 0.2.4
Some applications (e.g. Wicket) makes use of servlet name. Currently the name
is automatically generated.
Support for custom servlet names can be added by using an optional init param
named "servlet-name".
So, if while registration the dictionary contains a parameter named
"servlet-name" that name it will be used. Otherwise it will be generated (as
till version 0.2.3).
