Fix For: 0.2.4
Some applications (e.g. Wicket) makes use of filter name. Currently the name is
automatically generated.
Support for custom filter names can be added by using an optional init param
named "filter-name".
So, if while registration the dictionary contains a parameter named
"filter-name" that name it will be used. Otherwise it will be generated (as
till version 0.2.3).
