I think there might be other filters that make sense as well, and "isHidden()"
might not resolve equal on all platforms either, and additional regexps or
something could be used. And having a --scan-all or --scan="\.*" switch
available ensures that we can deal with this situation. However, it is not a
major issue I think, and it can probably be deferred until later.
