reality is that almost everything happens behind closed doors with no
discussion. the most you may get is via the bug tracker. maybe file a bug?
(though there is no category for Tizen core - Tizen IVI, Mobile seem to be
separated projects). i don't consider bug trackers "discussion points" though.
same goes for IRC - no work goes on there.
