SuSE and Fedora have released (suse and fedora) versions of "the Moblin UI". The Moblin UI has recently been renamed to "Dawati" in order to reduce this confusion, so you could say that: Novell has released "the early version of Dawati" instead - and now it's clear that SuSE never release the entire Moblin OS, nor has Fedora.
