Note that there are two repository locations: "snapshots" and "releases".
It is recommended that the *releases* repository is used because it is
considered to be more stable. Using the *snapshots* repository may lead to
build dependencies errors, as packages are published soon after they are
uploaded in gerrit and dependent or upgraded packages may not have been
uploaded yet.

As already said by Wang, try not using snapshots repos; use "releases"
instead.  So, your build command would be:

gbs build -A armv7l -R
http://download.tizen.org/releases/daily/2.0alpha/common/latest/repos/tizen-base/armv7l/-R
http://download.tizen.org/releases/daily/2.0alpha/common/latest/repos/tizen-main/armv7l/--overwrite
