Hi,
Please check your /var/tmp/root-gbs/ , there should be tizen2.0.conf file,
please use -D and provide the conf file in your /var path, will fix the
problem. And also use --debug option to get more logs while building.

Thanks,
Venkat Raju.

Subject: Re: [Tizen General] Repo path not present for armv7l in
/snapshots/trunk/common/latest/repos/base

Hi Vijay,
Thanks for the reply.
I used the command mentioned by you and I get the following:

sudo gbs build -A armv7l -R
[http://download.tizen.org/releases/daily/2.0alpha/common/latest/repos/tizen-base/armv7l/]

http://download.tizen.org/releases/daily/2.0alpha/common/latest/repos/tizen-base/armv7l/
 -R
[http://download.tizen.org/releases/daily/2.0alpha/common/latest/repos/tizen-main/armv7l/]

http://download.tizen.org/releases/daily/2.0alpha/common/latest/repos/tizen-main/armv7l/
 --overwrite
 info: generate repositories ...
error: failed to get build conf from repos, please use snapshot repo or specify
build config using -D option.

Regards

Note that there are two repository locations: "snapshots" and "releases". It is
recommended that the releases repository is used because it is considered to be
more stable. Using the snapshots repository may lead to build dependencies
errors, as packages are published soon after they are uploaded in gerrit and
dependent or upgraded packages may not have been uploaded yet.

As already said by Wang, try not using snapshots repos; use "releases" instead.
So, your build command would be:
gbs build -A armv7l -R
[http://download.tizen.org/releases/daily/2.0alpha/common/latest/repos/tizen-base/armv7l/]

http://download.tizen.org/releases/daily/2.0alpha/common/latest/repos/tizen-base/armv7l/
 -R
[http://download.tizen.org/releases/daily/2.0alpha/common/latest/repos/tizen-main/armv7l/]

http://download.tizen.org/releases/daily/2.0alpha/common/latest/repos/tizen-main/armv7l/
 --overwrite

Hi all,
I was able to do GBS build with the following command till now.:

gbs build -A armv7l -R
[http://download.tizen.org/snapshots/trunk/common/latest/repos/base/armv7l/packages/]

http://download.tizen.org/snapshots/trunk/common/latest/repos/base/armv7l/packages/
 -R
[http://download.tizen.org/snapshots/trunk/common/latest/repos/main/armv7l/packages/]

http://download.tizen.org/snapshots/trunk/common/latest/repos/main/armv7l/packages/
 --overwrite

Now when I tried to use the same repos, the armv7l package itself is not
available. Has the repo location been changed?

Please help me solve the issue.

Thanks.
