Leon, your video was posted on May 4. The latest Tizen 2.1b appears to
have been created on May 5. I have just flashed the image from
http://download.tizen.org/releases/2.1b/tizen-2.1_20130505.3/images/RD-210-REF/
and indeed, it does not have WiFi.
