Agreed. There are couple of other points also to consider here. As GBS is
used for local building (usually) we don't have to worry about it for
building a small number of packages and when the scenarios is for
integration testing building to resolve the dependencies as well, the
question arises :

1) How scalable is the OBS server ?
2) If number of developers who are in need of OBS account access,
increases, then will OBS server be capable of handling this entire load ?
