Would it be better to get a larger stand in a prominent position and

According to the information on the FOSDEM website, they offer one 180x80cm table and two chairs for each stand. Although that in rare cases it might be possible to get another table I think that a single table should be fine.

Tizen is "the OS of Everything" so it is highly recommended to have a stand at building K. The stands on the first floor of this building have better exposure and more people visit them. It is obvious that the stands on the second floor or at building AW (the one which is 10min walk away from K) attract less attention.

My bigest concern on this project,
is there enough community material to attract curious developers
and how to deal with actual tizen products ?
maybe marketing people can help on this ?

In my opinion demos with Tizen:Common and IVI running on open source hardware devices are very appropriate. The HTML5 application development for Samsung Gear watches as well community project such as Qt for Tizen will attract curious developers.

Merchandising is also very important. Developers love that kind of stuff :) Tizen stickers are a must.

Best regards,
Leon
