Agreed but Chrome OS's main selling point is simplicity, something which is
almost impossible to grasp for geeks ;)
A "tizenbook" should be able to run web apps and native apps in a
transparent way.

Since Chrome OS is Google-centric, a localised Tizen alternative could be a
very interesting proposition for all Google competitors like:
Alibaba/UC, Tencent, Baidu (India, China), Yandex (Russia), Facebook,
Amazon, Yahoo, rollApp, Sandstorm, etc (global)
The same strategic partners as for a Tizen phone or TV btw
