When I looked in my result set i find that latin (iso-8859-1) as well as chinese (gb2312) and thai (cp874) web pages have also been indexed and put into the same database.
Is this correct? If I do not specify a char set in indexer, will indexer automatically recognise a char set from any web page it is indexing and put in the appropriate charset in the charset row? If this is the case, is it possible to search by charset in search.cgi?
