Another one is the browser that rewrites the address, Mostly on Win machines. UNIX does not allow empty spaces in file name. This goes probably very far in history. Solution: Never use empty space in file name on any OS: Quick and dirty solution: Use a search and replace software that can operate on closed files and run it on your win box.
