Author: Mr.nonesuccess Email: Message: I am also trying to solve this problem. If mnogosearch team doesn't seem to understand your question. Your problem seem to be mine. I can suggest you that you can switch to php front-end because you will be more free to customize what you need. I somehow have to use search.cgi, and search.cgi doesn't seem to, at least now, solve your problem.
1. search.cgi will look for a file named "search.htm" under "your/cgi-bin/path/etc/", if "search.htm" doesn't exsit, it will die. 2. search.htm only has one line defining the sql path, which is "DBAddr:blah blah..". This line will make you bind to one database, no matter how hard you try, search.cgi will only pull out the data from that database. copying search.htm to searchx.htm will likely not be able to solve the problem unless(only taking assumption) you define different path to your mnogosearch while you installing it. Say when you install mnogosearch for http://site1.com, you define one path for mnogosearch, then another path for http://site2.com. After that, you configure your search.htm to meet your criteria. Does it make any sense? or if there any one have other good ideas? Thanks!
