No one incidence in specific, no message in specific, but the overall approach. It's all upper-management stuff, Type 2, which reflects the kernel of truth in the observation that this project is formed by successful people.
I apologise for the brutal grunt tone of my message, but I've been watching these things go past for more than a year... and every now and then, I think you need to hear from the trench types - I'm not saying anything here that the average worker doesn't say every day about management in their workplace.
You're too good, that's the problem... you need some desperate people clawing for a piece of the pie, willing to get something out that has a chance!
