I frequently just click the screenshots links or jump to those
sections. Making it easy for people to do is a good idea.

screenshots from the Getting Started Guide (or a subset, or some
other set)?
It seems like it would be not that hard to do. Screenshots play
an important role for someone looking and just getting a sense of
the app -- perhaps go ahead and make this easy?
It could be a static or wiki page.
