last week:

 - lots of playing around with semantic mediawiki

   - setup the Simile Private wiki for project sensitive
information or stuff that is only useful for us

   - setup the Simile Shelf wiki
(where people can now discuss about their timeline events)
     see it at http://simile.mit.edu/shelf/

   - got a sense of what it takes to write a skin for mediawiki

   - started working on a "simile" skin for mediawiki, the goal
is to move the entire web site under the wiki and get rid
of the hand-written HTML pages (the work is in progress
but a 'simile' skin is already available in the preferences
     of the Simile Public wiki.

 - updated banach to the latest sesame2 code (directly from
Aduna's SVN repository) and subscribed to their dev
mail list (which is now picking up traffic, yey,
I *hate* web forums with a passion)

this week:

 - get serious on the banach smoosher

 - finish the simile wiki skin and start moving the remaining
   static html to the wiki
