Despit numerous attempts, I cannot set the time format in an Excel spreadsheet so that when I convert using Babel the correct time format is retained and is correct. I am converting from an Excel spreadsheet to Exhibit JSON. Can someone please offer some guidance? Thank you for your assistance.
