It's a scatter plot with faceted browsing and a graph-based data model
ready to be exported off in various formats. And you can make it using a
text editor and a spreadsheet program. No web server, no database, no
command line tools, no CGI, PHP, ASP, JSP, or whatever ... That Python
trick in your latest blog post on templating microformats from RDF is
built in ...
