Thanks for the links, I will have to check them out.

I am doing a proof of concept that Timeline will work for my client's 
requirements.  I added a magnitude attribute to the events and am now 
trying to see if I can get away from using Blocks to make the graph.  I 
don't know if I can use JS to draw a line or if I have to use Eric 
Meyer's Slantastic trick to do sloped divs.
