Alrighty most of these problems seem familiar.

Ok probably everything detailed below is missing from
the source build(oops - first release wooes).

BigBlogZoo
---Configuration 
-----highlights.js (probably missing)
-----searchxml (directory probably missing)
---Workspace
-----bigblogzoo.zoo (probably missing)
-----searchcanals.scv (probably missing)

There is no hardcoding of paths that I know of, except
maybe the compilation stuff (ie project -- properties
-- java build path, those get resolved after
launching. I will upload it to sourceforge today and
report back.
