As an LC employee who is currently looking at using SKOS with LCSH I'd be pretty interested to hear if you discover anything more about this. In fact if you are interested in joining a conversation about how best to encode LCSH in SKOS let me know privately since there are a few of us involved with the SKOS working group who are testing these waters.
