Am I breaking some kind of rules for posting here or am I just asking stupid
questions? Am I posting in the wrong place for help questions?
I like this Timeplot lib, and the step by step tutorial helped get me going,
but for some of the more "advanced" things I am doing; things get a little bit
tricky. Don't get me wrong, I do search the mailing list before I post, but
most of the time the results are source control commits and comments around
that, which are not much help. If the fact of the matter is that I am "on my
own" it would be good to know so I don't waste your time and mine spamming the
board with fruitless questions.

Subject: toggling features

I have been playing around with the plot and plot info. I cant seem to find a
way to dynamicallty change some of the features of the plot infos. I would
like to have a control on the web page that would allow a user to turn the
"showValues" feature on and off. I have tried to get into _plotInfos and
change the "showValues" item and then issue a repaint and/or update on the plot
with no success. Is there a way to do this without having to start completely
over creating the plot?

I am also having some trouble getting TimePlot to work "offline". Data plots
and all, but when showValues is true those graphics dont show up, the values
are plain text on the left side of the plot. I followed the "offline"
instructions and timeline timeplot and ajax are all
in their right places(because the scripts load and i can plot) but the
showValues graphics dont work properly.

thanks
