Is there something lighter I'm missing out there? Sesame 2 uses a highly modularized organization which allows you to use only the parts that you need. All RDF parsers combined will probably fit in a ~200K jar file, but you can exclude the RDF formats that you don't want to use. The only external dependency for Rio is a dependency on the slf4j logging framework (~20K in total).
