Yes, I have set them up correctly.
The policy would be
1. Newest download should use "mirror.cgi"
(and /www/www.apache.org/dist/)
2. Archived (not newest) download should use "archive.apache.org/dist"
Note:
#1: Not all the archives should be in
/www/www.apache.org/dist/
due to the bandwidth of "rsync".
Just "Newest" download should use this directory, I suppose.
