Yeah, I know, but couldn't find a better term.

if we do this, this category will remain locked to Xerces/Crimson
(hopefully crimson will disappear one day since we don't need two

I like the concept of using actions to discriminate categories, but I'd
love to have something wider than 'parsing', but 'handle' is way too
general.

hmmm, yeah, people might disagree since many want Cocoon to get out of
the 'publishing' business and enter more deeply the 'web-app' world. But
I think that even for web applications, information is published, so
there is no real difference between those things.
