Not sure - although our project might not generate any code, we might still 
open-source the use-cases and requirements that we're going to build, which 
should be compatible with SourceForge requirements.

So I think it is worth a try to open a SourceForge project for getting these 
requirements thing going. I'm skeptical about being able to work out a set of 
use-cases from a mailing-list only - CVS will help us a lot for this.
