I send this to both pmc@ws and pmc@xml as xml-security is (at the moment)
formally part of ws but we hope that we'll be back in xml.apache.org when
the board approves our request. So for the time after the move-back:
The xml-security committers have voted concordant on security-dev to
propose the following committers as PMC members for the XML-PMC:
