And obviously - breaking XML into the smallest granules possible - thus having 50+ extra TLP's just shifts this problem to the board. So that is not a good idea either (hence the 3 to 5 number). I.e. at board level we can realistically cope with up to some 25 top level projects; any more and we'd not get round to them often enough to actually do -our- oversight as required.
