I can only say that the ASF was in constant dialog with the FSF

statement by the FSF, yet, that the new license is compatible but the

draft versions where he identified a single problem which I think was

So we have a situation where one person from FSF interprets the GPL one way, and another person from FSF interprets it another way?

It's no surprise that we mere mortals have trouble understanding it.
