Hi Jeremias et al,
I had some trouble contacting Jay off-list, but he did eventually
respond to a message a couple of weeks ago, in which he indicated he
would complete the necessary details. Nevertheless, it hasn't been
completed, and needs follow-up.
Sorry for the delay. I hadn't realized that I needed to fill out such a
thing. I had not guessed that I needed to fill out a form in order to give
away my time, but I am not in the habit of dealing with legal issues.
I'll mail it off today.
