I've received official permission from Scott Lee to use his date
conversion code in our app, so I've added it to the project and uploaded
the changes to the CVS tree.

Now we've got the four most common calendar conversions implemented, we've
still got Islamic, Indian and Chinese to implement. I've found code for
implementing Iranian (Khayyam) calendar conversions, but I'm still waiting
to hear from the developer on that one (aside from the fact that it only
converts between Khayyam and Gregorian, and not Julian Day...).
