It's easy to minimise spam...make the list postable to subscribers only !
Yes, it's not a total solution, but I've yet to see a real spammer
subscribe to a list then spam it or try and find who's on a list and
falsify the senders e-mail address.
They don't have time for that. They harvest using robot's newsgroup's and
web pages.
