It depends really. Mostly on what kind of services you're running. In one sense
an Amiga is more secure from any random attacker, since much fewer people know
how to hack an Amiga, compared to practically any unix architecture. :)
Personally, I would feel more secure with a properly configured (!) BSD/Linux
firewall.
